What is MEDITATION ...?

How to do MEDITATION?!!


  • Meditation is not something like sitting calm in one place by closing your eyes..
  • Meditation is not concentrating on one point.. Its called concentration, not meditation..
  • Meditation is not some thing just to breath in and out...

Meditation is eternal..... you can meditate 24/7....


Here we go for the few steps of meditation.....

Follow each steps 15 mins a day, until  you start following stage 5 for 24/7..

Stage 1 :- concentrate on your Breath.. 


Always you breath only from one side, for every half an hour your breath changes from left to right side and vice versa...Concentrate on your breath when ever you are free to do it..


Stage 2 :- Follow your Body..


Give your body freedom to express whatever is there.  Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh; throw yourself around. Hold nothing back; keep your whole body moving. A little acting often helps to get you started. Never allow your mind to interfere with what is happening. Be in this condition for some times..

Stage 3 :- Follow your mind...


What ever your mind things, let go everything as it is.. Don't try to stop your mind.. Let all your thoughts flow from your mind, in certain point of stage your mind will have nothing to think about, which is the starting stage of meditation..


Stage 4 :- Celebrate ...


Celebrate  aliveness by music or dance.. listen music or dance if you dance, and say thanks to the universe as you are a part of it..


Stage 5 :-  Be a Witness...

Be a witness of everything that happens to you.. Daily spend some time in witnessing you.. If anything happens for you just see that is happening for a 3rd person, and you are no way related to it.. Either happiness or when u r sad..
